Delivery outside Gloucestershire £6.95 (also upto 25kg). Orders will be sent out on Mondays to arrive Tuesday and Thursday to arrive Friday. Last order day for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 22nd December.

A parcel of cheese with a large wedge of Double Gloucester (500gms) and a large wedge of Single Gloucester (500gms). Enough cheese for 10 people to enjoy.

Also included a 1/2 lb jar of Uncle Jim's local honey. This may seem a little odd but cheese and honey go remarkably well together...our cheese and Jim's honey go well together!

Double Gloucester is traditionally matured and bound in cloth. An orange coloured cheese with a a fruity fudge texture with a traditional rind.

Single Gloucester is an earlier maturing cheese than its big brother "Double", with a lighter texture and a nutty taste.
