Important: Delivery Terms When checking out, please ensure that you include the telephone number of the recipient in order to assist the courier service with your delivery. The couriers will attempt to deliver twice, leaving a card and if no response is received the products will be returned to Godsells Cheese. Additional delivery costs will then apply for re-delivery. The Gloucesters in a Bag A parcel of cheese with a large wedge of Double Gloucester (500g) and a large wedge of Single Gloucester (500g). Enough cheese for 10 people to enjoy. Also included a 1/2 lb jar of Uncle Jim's local honey. This may seem a little odd but cheese and honey go remarkably well together...our cheese and Jim's honey go well together! Double Gloucester is traditionally matured and bound in cloth. An orange coloured cheese with a a fruity fudge texture with a traditional rind. Single Gloucester is an earlier maturing cheese than its big brother "Double", with a lighter texture and a nutty taste. Minimum weight of cheese 1kg + 1/2 lb of honey. Bag colour may vary.
